Cass Wolfenberger is from Rockford, Illinois. He studied engineering at Northern Illinois University before beginning his career in business management. When he was 21 years old, Cass bought a pizza franchise in Southern California. While managing the franchise locations, the company hired him as a franchise salesman, where he discovered his passion for sales. He soon joined the world of mortgage lending.
In 1999, Cass founded Vision Mortgage Group, Inc. Over thirteen years, Vision Mortgage Group, Inc obtained the highest market share for non-depository lenders in the market. He grew the company into a multi-state lender and oversaw 75 lenders and employees.
In 2012, he joined Northwest Bank of Rockford as a Senior Vice President. There, he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic objectives for the Mortgage Banking division. After a short while, he took his mortgage skills to Alpine Bank & Trust Company as the Senior Vice President for the Mortgage Banking division.
Cass found new opportunities with Town and Country Bank and joined us as the President and CEO of Town and Country Banc Mortgage Services, Inc. (TCBMSI) in 2021. His responsibilities include developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic sales, production, and annual operations of TCBMSI. His goal is to establish corporate procedures for the mortgage company and recruit, train, motivate, and manage the mortgage staff to achieve mortgage sales and profit objectives.
When Cass isn’t at work, you’ll find him playing golf, watching sports, or spending time with his family.
