She began as Vice President and Director of Marketing, and was responsible for leading and directing all marketing, advertising, online platforms, and public relations for Town and Country Bank Financial Corporation. Her strong work ethic and dedication to the customers and employees of the bank led her to become Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Culture Officer. In this role, she’s responsible for developing and directing the marketing strategies in support of the Bank’s strategic and tactical business plans and promoting Town and Country’s core values internally and within the community.
When she isn’t brainstorming ways to engage customers, Shelly spends her time with her husband, stepdaughters, and puppy, Bella. Together, they enjoy going to concerts, watching football, and traveling.
