Town and Country Bank (TCB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Stice, CTFA, QKA, to Senior Vice President, Chief Trust Officer. Jennifer is responsible for the oversight and administration of various Trust and Investment account types; handles financial matters an individual is not able or is unwilling to do; and works with clients’ accountants, attorneys and families to ensure the best financial outcomes.
Jennifer previously served as Vice President, Senior Trust Officer and has spent the last year preparing to be the successor to the retiring Managing Director, Tom Gallagher.

Since joining the company in 2007, Jennifer has been an integral part of the success of the Trust and Investment Team and routinely leads various non-trust related projects throughout the company. In her role, Jennifer has demonstrated extraordinary leadership abilities through a strong sense of team work and a passion for her job.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in business from Western Illinois University and her master’s degree in business from the University of Illinois Springfield. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Jennifer has been a Board Director for Girls on the Run of Central Illinois since 2013, serves on the Lincoln Land Community College Foundation Board and is a member of Westside Christian Church.
Jennifer and her husband, Brach, reside in rural Ashland on their family farm with their children Braxton, Lydia and Hazel.
