Town and Country Bank (TCB) is pleased to announce a new member of the commercial lending team, Joel Oschwald. Joel serves as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He is responsible for commercial banking and relationship management in the Springfield area.
“We are very pleased to welcome Joel to the Town and Country family,” said Grant Franklin, Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking. “His 18-plus years of experience in commercial banking and cash management will help us continue to provide high-quality service to our customers.”
“I came to TCB because I believe in the bank’s philosophy of focusing on building relationships and engaging with our customers to help them reach their goals,” said Joel. “I’m also thrilled to be back in my hometown of Springfield.”
Joel received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois and his master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. His banking career has taken him to Chicago, St. Louis, Champaign and, most recently, Peoria where he served as the Vice President, Treasury Management for PNC.
Joel and his wife, Jeni, have two teenage daughters, Paige and Addy, and live in Springfield.
