We’re committed to our partners and are confident in our ability to handle your mortgage operation. That’s why we offer our promise to pay $1,000* for every loan that doesn’t close on time.

*Closing date must be at least 21 days after receipt of a complete mortgage application package with a fully executed sales contract. The closing guarantee will not apply if delays are caused by 3rd parties, including delays caused by a borrower(s) delay in returning requested loan documentation. The $1,000 cash back will be paid in the form of a check post-closing to our partner financial institution. We reserve the right to amend, terminate, or withdraw the closing guarantee at any time without prior notice.
