How to Enroll in Text Banking

To enroll in text banking, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Log in to Online Banking.

Step 2

Click on the My Settings tab.

Step 3

Click on the Mobile Settings tab.

Step 4

Click on the Text Mobile Settings tab as seen below.

Step 5

Under this settings tab, check the Enable Text Access for Your Mobile Device box.

Step 6

Review the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the View Terms and Conditions link.

Step 7

Check the Accept Town and Country Bank Text Banking Terms and Conditions box.

Step 8

In the Mobile Phone Number field, enter the phone number that you would like to utilize for Text Banking.

Step 9

Select Your Wireless Provider from the drop-down list.

*Please note, if you do not see your mobile carrier listed, please contact our Customer Service Solution Center at 866-770-3100 for additional instructions.

Step 10

Select the accounts you wish to have access to through Text Banking and click Submit. Now you can text any of the Text Commands to 89549 to receive information about your accounts.
