Town and Country Bank and Peoples Prosperity Bank is committed to assisting our customers and communities throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue to evaluate this global pandemic, we’re balancing operational responsibilities while supporting our staff to manage their personal responsibilities.

Lobby and Drive-Thru Hours

Effective Tuesday, October 13th, our 11 branch locations will resume regular business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday for both our lobbies and drive-thrus, with the exception of our Buffalo branch, which will continue to operate from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M, T, TH, F) and remain closed on Wednesday.

Customers entering our lobbies must practice social distancing of six feet while wearing a face mask. Upon entry, our bankers will ask customers to lower their masks briefly for identification.

All remaining branch locations, with the exceptions of Decatur (Closed), MacArthur (Open Lobby) and Buffalo (Open Lobby), will continue to operate as drive-thru only facilities on Saturdays.

Drive-Thru Hours

With the referenced hours below, each branch location is also serving customers through their drive-thrus. The Customer Service Solution Center is available to further assist with all your banking needs with extended hours.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Exceptions: Decatur is closed entirely on Saturday, and Buffalo will resume regular hours listed above for both its lobby and drive-thru.
