Town and Country Bank is thrilled to announce that Lexi Hannah has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Talent.

“Town and Country is delighted to have Lexi continue building a close-knit and collaborative culture for our employees as she transitions into her new role with our organization. Her vision and professional experience as a strategic and innovative leader in Talent Management will allow Town and Country to further enhance performance, profitability, growth, employee engagement, and our customer experience,” said Shelly Dowell, Senior Vice President.

“As an experienced Talent and HR professional, I have spent my entire career supporting entities with a unique perspective and appreciation that people are every organization’s greatest assets. I have a deep passion for contributing to teams that value people, performance, inclusion, and trust, which are all guiding principles I have witnessed first-hand throughout my time with Town and Country Bank. Since joining the Bank in 2017, I have been able to work with individuals committed to our Core Values of teamwork, achievement, positive thinking, and passion. I truly believe these values have allowed our employees to fulfill our corporation’s mission of empowering the financial well-being of our communities, one person at a time. I am excited to serve in this new role and further establish a collaborative workplace culture with passionate and enthusiastic employees,” said Hannah.

Lexi attended the University of Illinois, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is also a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and member of the Society of Human Resources Management and World at Work.

Before joining Town and Country, Hannah has held various roles in Human Resources. As a knowledgeable HR professional, she has been responsible for implementing initiatives to create change in organizational culture to foster positivity, goal setting, team-building, and professional development, while managing HR teams.

Hannah currently resides in Springfield, Illinois, with her husband (Jason) and four children.
