Customer Center

Welcome to our Customer Center! Whether you're looking for information about refinancing, want to calculate how much you'll likely spend in retirement or want to get the latest on banking safety and scams, it's all here for your convenience.

Town and Country Bank also has staff here for you during regular business hours, six days a week, to help answer your most pressing financial questions. Simply dial 217.787.3100 and one of our Solution Center staff can assist. Connecting calls to any employee at your request is just the beginning of what they do. The Solution Center specializes in answering inquiries on checking and savings accounts, CDs, current loans and mortgages, online banking and the Anytime Line. Ordering checks, assisting with stop payments and any issues you may be having with your debit card are a few more things to add to the list.

Our Solution Center strives to decrease the amount of time you have to be on hold and the number of times your call gets transferred. We hope you enjoy this added service and look forward to answering your calls and questions.
