- Account summary containing balances and recent transactions
- Downloadable transaction spreadsheets
- Email alerts when balances reach a certain level or when bills are paid
Upgraded cash management services include:
- Automated Clearing House (ACH) which manages cash position, pay employees and vendors and charge customers
- Wire transfers to move funds between banks or credit a sum of money to a designated payee
- Positive Pay, which automates and expedites account reconciliation to prevent fraudulent check writing
- User administration to provide account access to accounting and finance staff
- A statement CD, available on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis for easy and permanent storage
