Doing our small part for the "financial part" of their lives—providing tangible solutions as well as acting as a sounding board with relevant advice. We can do this even with the industry restrictions, it's just a little more challenging—which is what makes it worthwhile!

    Your personal “Ah-Ha” moment about finances?:   In a previous life, our bank conducted basic finance classes at the local high school.  It was amazing to me how little a Senior in HS knew about very basic real world budgeting and credit.  I valued the opportunity to teach these kids the basics and help them understand the pit falls they could avoid.

    Your personal "Ah-Ha" moment about finances?: While remodeling our first house we got over extended on our few credit cards. We worked with them to set up a payment plan. It made me realize how quickly something like this can happen. It also made me more empathetic to others in that situation.
