NEW Electronic Statements for Customers with an Online Banking Account

We are pleased to offer our Online Banking customers the convenience of Electronic Statements. Login to Online Banking and click on the tab "e-Documents" on the Home Page. Go through the easy steps to enroll in the FREE service. Once enrolled, you will receive an e-mail from the Bank (identified by a phrase of your choosing) informing you that your Electronic Statement is available for viewing.

If you choose to sign-up for Electronic Statements you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. You will receive your Electronic Statements at about the same time of the month that you received your paper statements. Enrollment is immediate. You can elect to receive paper statements again at anytime and this will stop the Electronic Statement delivery.

Protect Yourself From Phishing
We will NEVER request that personal information be sent to us via e-mail.  In many instances, unsuspecting consumers have been duped into providing personal information by responding to an official looking e-mail request to update account information.  The e-mail may even appear to come from a reputable company.  In the e-mail, you may be asked to provide information, such as your Social Security number, account numbers, or your mother’s maiden name, for verification purposes.  If you provide the requested information, you may find yourself the victim of identity theft.

1.  Never provide your personal information in response to an unsolicited request.
2.  If you believe the contact may be legitimate, contact the financial institution yourself.
3.  Never provide your password over the phone or in response to an unsolicited Internet or e-mail request.
4. Review account statements regularly to ensure all charges are correct, and balance your checkbook on a regular basis.

If You Think You’re An ID Theft Victim
1.  Contact your financial institution immediately and keep them apprised of the situation.
2.  Contact one of the three major credit bureaus to help reduce instances of future fraud involving your accounts:

  • Equifax - 800.525.6285
  • Experian - 888.397.3742
  • TransUnion - 800.680.7289

3. Contact the Federal Trade Commission to report the incident - 1-877-IDTHEFT.
