JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, performs clerical and technical work to support the loan production efforts of the company. Ensures timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months previous clerical experience, preferably in a financial accounting institution. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures. Excellent 10-key skills (35 ipm). Working knowledge of computers with experience in MS Word and Excel preferred. Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet strict deadlines; understand and carry out oral and written instructions; and work in a stressful, fast-paced environment while keeping strict attention to detail. Ability to deal effectively with customer questions. Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others. Financial Accounting Associate II

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an individual with bank accounting experience and a degree in accounting or finance. The person will be responsible for assisting the Bank’s Controller and job duties include: monitor funds at correspondent banks, invest excess funds, prepare various accounting reports, act as back-up for accounts payable/receivable functions.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years experience or equivalent work experience in the banking industry.
